01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bengawin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bengawin website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the bengawin platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or redeeming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them.

bengawin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. 02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to bengawin and its Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the criteria below at all times while using the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bengawin strictly enforces its 18+ policy and will request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• You must be accessing the platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of bengawin or any of its associated companies or game providers.
• You must not be self-excluded from bengawin or from any other online gambling platform under a self-exclusion programme that covers bengawin.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

bengawin takes underage gambling seriously. Any player found to be under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their account permanently closed. All deposits made by a minor will be returned to the original payment source after a compliance review; any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be voided and forfeited.

Geographic Eligibility

bengawin primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. bengawin makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or available in locations outside Bangladesh. 03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bengawin Services — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number for OTP verification.

Single Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold one registered account only on bengawin. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. bengawin employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are detected:

• All associated accounts will be permanently closed.
• All balances across all accounts will be forfeited.
• Any pending withdrawals will be cancelled.
• The player will be permanently banned from registering a new account on bengawin.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bengawin login credentials, including your username and password. bengawin recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service. You must notify bengawin support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

bengawin is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate account security or where the player voluntarily shared their credentials with a third party.

Account Information Accuracy

You must keep your registered account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any change of name, address, mobile number, or email address must be reported to bengawin support. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

bengawin supports a range of payment methods popular among players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Banking: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank (subject to availability)

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bengawin, though individual payment providers (such as bKash or Nagad) may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bengawin account within seconds. bengawin does not charge any processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible — this is an anti-money-laundering requirement. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 15 minutes of approval.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

bengawin is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the platform are monitored. bengawin reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct. bengawin may be required by law to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bengawin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladeshi events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed or expired bonuses will not be reinstated.
• bengawin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if it suspects abuse, collusion, or any attempt to exploit the promotional structure.
• Free spins are typically valid for 24 hours from the time of issue. Any winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bengawin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Registering more than one account on bengawin, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using or attempting to use any automated software, bot, spider, scraper, or other non-human access method to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the bengawin software, game engines, or backend systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to any sporting event offered on the bengawin sportsbook.
• Conducting transactions on the platform that are connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool designed to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.
• Charging back any payment made to bengawin through your payment provider without first raising the matter with bengawin support.

bengawin reserves the right to take legal action against any player who causes financial or reputational damage to the platform through prohibited conduct. The above list is illustrative, not exhaustive. bengawin may determine that other conduct not listed above constitutes a breach of these Terms at its sole discretion.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your bengawin account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, please ensure that all pending withdrawals have been processed and that your account balance is at zero. bengawin is not liable for any remaining balance left in an account that the player closes without first withdrawing available funds.

Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a cooling-off period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or a full self-exclusion (minimum 6 months). Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

bengawin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Duplicate account detected.
• Age verification failure — player confirmed to be under 18 years of age.
• At the request of relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

08 Limitation of Liability

The bengawin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bengawin makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, errors, or defects, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to its Services at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bengawin expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. bengawin does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors or interruptions.
• The results of any game or bet will meet your expectations.
• Any specific game will be available at any particular time.
• Errors in the platform software will be corrected within any particular timeframe.

In no event shall bengawin, its directors, employees, agents, or game providers be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of substitute services — even if bengawin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bengawin's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, regardless of the form of the claim or action, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bengawin account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes bengawin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
